Board of Trustees
SEPaST is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of one trustee appointed by each eligible member entity. The Board of Trustees meets seven times annually.

SEPaST is managed by a nine member Executive Committee elected by the Board of Trustees. The Executive Committee serves in the periods between the regular meetings of the Trustees, for the purpose of continuous oversight and supervision of the affairs of the Trust.
Of the nine (9) Executive Committee members, at least one member is a Superintendent and at least two (2) members are Labor representatives.
The SEPaST Communications Committee serves to provide direction for the SEPaST publications and other marketing initiatives.
The Communications Committee meets periodically as needed to address the needs of the Trust.
The SEPaST Finance Committee serves to review and provide guidance on the financial related matters of the Trust.
The Finance Committee meets periodically as needed for the efficient operation of the Trust.
The SEPaST Policy Committee serves to develop the policies and administrative guidelines for the effective operation of the Trust.
The Policy Committee meets periodically as needed to meet the needs of the Trust.
